We have received the privilege of partnering with Camelot DEX to hold our public sale for $NEU on their platform. We would like to confirm that there has been no presale and no VC, so everyone participating will have a fair opportunity to join as an early supporter.
The sale will take place January 16th ~ January 19th, and $NEU liquidity will go live within 24 hours of the sale ending.
For a transparent and fair sale, we will be using an auction mechanism designed and successfully used by Camelot. The auction will start with a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $2M, increasing after the first $200k has been raised. Once $200k is reached, we will enter a price-discovery phase, where the token price will continuously increase at every purchase.
All users will therefore receive the same price for $NEU, which will be decided by the ending valuation of the auction.
Final price = (Total $ raised / 600,000 NEU)
There will be a separate airdrop for our OGs who participated and a bonus airdrop for partner community members after the sale ends 😉 We also have a referral system for all users.

Jan 20th: Token launch & liquidity pool open (within 24hrs after the public sale ends)

USDC will be required to participate in the auction, which will only take place on Arbitrum.
There is no hard cap on the public sale nor limit regarding how much USDC can be allocated per wallet.
Sale Terms
Participants: All (whitelist and public)
Public sale supply: 10% of NEU supply (600,000 out of 6M total supply), with 5% in NEU and 5% in esNEU
Input token: USDC
Price: Floor price of $0.33 per NEU ($2M FDV), increasing after the first $200k has been raised
The tokens will be claimable within 24 hours after the sale ends. Any unsold tokens will be burned.
Regardless of your time of entry, you will receive a proportional share of $NEU at the final price decided at the end of the auction.
Please note that desposited amounts CANNOT be withdrawn.
Distribution
In order to align long-term interests for the protocol, 50% of the sale will be distributed in NEU and the other 50% in escrowed NEU(esNEU), which will be claimable within 24 hours of the sale ending.
For instance, if you deposit $100, you will be able to claim $50 worth of NEU and $50 worth of esNEU. To learn more about esNEU, read here.
The public sale proceeds will be allocated as the following:
40% will be used to seed POL for $NEU.
30% will be directed to the treasury used for POL, marketing, future audits, community rewards, and operation.
10% will be used to create a Floor Price Fund for NEU.
A portion will be used to cover NEU staking rewards and nGLP vault rewards for the first week.
30% will be distributed to core contributors. Neutra Finance has been entirely self-funded, and hence all expenses have been paid for by our core contributors.
Referrals
Every user will be able to publicly share a referral link to claim 3% of all the referred investments made through it after the launch. A referral link generator is provided on the public sale app page.
Airdrops
OG
In appreciation of our earliest supporters, we will be giving a bonus esNEU airdrop to all of our OGs who participate in the public sale. 0.5% of NEU supply (30,000 esNEU out of 6M total supply) will be distributed from the treasury, with each participator receiving esNEU in proportion to their contribution to the sale.
Recruitment will end on January 12th with an announcement of our OGs. Other benefits include getting whitelisted for our GLP Market Neutral Vault and more to come!

Partner Communities
We have allocated some OG slots as well as a portion of $NEU supply for community members of our launch partners.
Camelot: Of Knights who fulfill the tasks written in the #og-camelot channel, 50 OGs will be randomly selected and 20 winners will be airdropped a share of 2,000 $NEU.
Dolomite: Of Dolomite community members who fulfill the tasks written in the #og-dolomite channel, 10 OGs will be randomly selected and 5 winners will be airdropped a share of 500 $NEU.
Revest: Of Revest community members who fulfill the tasks written in the #og-revest channel, 10 OGs will be randomly selected and 5 winners will be airdropped a share of 500 $NEU.
